How to configure Safe Surf (Safe search and Adult content blocking)

You can configure safe search and adult content blocking functionality for different profiles by following these quick steps. If you do not have a profile yet, or you would like to create a new profile please follow this guide. 

By default devices are not assigned to a specific profile but instead are assigned to the "Shared" profile automatically when they connect for the first time. The Safe Surf settings can be adjusted for both the "Shared" profile and your own custom profiles.

Step 1

From the dashboard home screen, select a profile you would like to configure Safe Surf features on.

Step 2

In the chosen profile's Settings tab, under the Safe Surf heading, enable or disable any of the settings.
