How to create a new profile or delete an existing profile

If you have not created a profile yet:

Simply use the "Create New Profile" link in the app or dashboard home page. Pick a name and avatar for your profile and hit the Save button.

If you want to create a new profile:

Step 1

From the app's home page or dashboard home page select the "See All Profiles" link.

Step 2

Next, select the "Create New Profile" link.

Step 3

Pick a name and avatar for your profile and hit the Save button.

If you want to delete a profile:

Step 1

From the app's home page or dashboard home page select the profile you wish to delete.

Step 2

On the profile's screen, use the little trashcan icon located below the profile portrait to delete the profile.

If you have devices associated with the profile, you will need to re-assign them to a different profile first before you can delete the existing profile. Check out our guide on how to assign or remove devices from your profiles.
