How to assign or remove a device from a profile

How to add your devices to a different profile

Step 1

From the app's or the web dashboard's home screen simply select the profile that you would like to assign your device to. If you haven't created a profile yet, check out our guide to learn how.

Step 2

On the profile's page, select the Devices tab.

Step 3

In the Devices tab select Manage Devices

Step 4

You will now see a list of the devices that are assigned to this profile already and all other device that are not.

Under Other Profiles select the device you want to move to this profile and select the Move to [profile name].

How to remove devices from a profile

From the same Devices page shown above simply select Remove next to the device you want to remove from the profile.

You can then simply re-assign the device to a different profile like mentioned above.
