How to disable or enable Privacy Hero WIFI

You can disable either the 2.4GHZ or the 5GHZ WIFI channel on your Privacy Hero router, or both! Below we will go over how to easily do this, 

Step 1:

Head over to the Privacy Hero Portal on any Web browser, and log in to your account,

Step 2:

From the dashboard home screen, select the Hamburger menu button on the top right.

Step 3:

From the side-bar, select Settings

Step 4:

On the settings screen, select Update, next to Primary Networks, under Wi-Fi Settings.

Step 5:

Now just select the switch opposite the W-Fi channel you wish to disable/enable. To disable Wi-Fi entirely simply disable both switches. 

After making a change your Privacy Hero router will restart to apply the changes. The loading message in the app/web dashboard will disappear once it's powered back on.
