How to change your Privacy Hero Wi-Fi name and password

You can easily change the Wi-Fi name and password of your Privacy Hero router by following the steps below:

Step 1

Visit the Privacy Hero dashboard or mobile app and login to your account if you are not already logged in.

Step 2

From the dashboard home screen, select the Hamburger menu button on the top right.

Step 3

From the side-bar, select Settings

Step 4

On the settings screen, select Update, next to Primary Networks, under Wi-Fi Settings.

Step 5

On the next screen, click/tap anywhere in the Wireless network name or Password section.

Step 6

Change your Wireless network name or password to what you'd like to use and select the Save button.
